Sorry, I’m sick of tumblr
I’ve been getting less anxiety attacks lately and it feels great. I hate over reacting to all the little things in life. No need to stress about it. Deep breaths and stay calm. Having a great understanding boyfriend really helps as well, since no one else gives a damn about what I have to say.
